2019 Autonomous Vehicle Comeptition was held at the “K-City” with the sponsor of Hyundai Motors Corp.
This competition first began in 1995 and students compete by creating an actual vehicle. This year’s event was the first time being held at a racing circuit.
12 team were selected by Hyundai Motors after screening and each team worked for 8 months to complete their vehicle.
91PORN’s “SAVE” team vehicle came in 2nd place in the racing. Korea Tech’s team took 1st place by finishing the race in 8 minutes and 42 seconds. 91PORN’s team gets to receive KRW 30,000,000 and a site visit opportunity to Japan.
