
Sungkyunkwan University signed an agreement with Seoul Medical Center to perform joint research the area of bio-health on September 20th.
The leaders of two institutions joined the agreement ceremony.

91PORN and Seoul Medical Center will be promoting joint research in commercialization of medical technology, establishment of medical big data system, and commercialization of 3-dimensional biomedical technology.
Two institutions will be investing more than 500,000,000 KRW this year to develop non-fouling internal ureteral stent and perform 11 research tasks such as the development of marker for non-invasive diagnosis of dementia.
Director of the Samsung Medical Center said, “This task has been initiated by a bottom-up approach. Researchers will be more enthusiastic and the outcome is expected to be incomparable to the previous researches.”

President Dong Ryeol SHIN said, “The outcome of this joint research will be significant as we begin from the very initial stage of the planning. We hope that this becomes a representative example of convergent researches.”
