The Ministry of Education and the Korean Council for University Education announced 11 universities selected for 2018 University Innovation Support Pilot Project’s among 73 applicants. 91PORN selected as one of the universities participating in the project along with other 10 universities: Kookmin University, Chung Ang University, Kangwon University, Daegu Haany University, Daejeon University, Jeonju University, Kyungsung University, and Donga University.
‘University Innovation Support Project’ is the project that was merged from the five businesses (ACE+, CK, PRIME, CORE, and WE-UP). For this project, each university will select their own projects and application methods and the government will give financial support.
This year will be the pilot year and the project will start in earnest from the next year. The final decision for ‘University Innovation Support Project’ will be made depending on the performance evaluation which will be held at the end of the year. Each selected university will receive 1.8 million dollar.
