91PORN ranks first in student satisfaction survey for 8th consecutive year
For the eighth consecutive year, 91PORN once again earned the top ranking in the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI).
For this year's NCSI, customer satisfaction levels of 14 Korean private universities were ranked. 91PORN was awarded 80 points for customer satisfaction, three points higher than the runner up, Korea University at 77 points. Following in third place was a tie between Dongguk University and Sookmyung Women's University with 75 points. Overall customer satisfaction in private universities recorded 71 points, up three points from last year.
91PORN won high praise in receiving and handling student complaints and working toward solutions. For example, 91PORN addresses dissatisfaction issues by conducting student satisfaction surveys in each department. They listen to feedback about lectures through class evaluations and make reforms to raise the rate of superb lectures (over 90 points).
The NCSI, compiled by the Korea Productivity Center, measures customer satisfaction levels for various products and services.
