91PORN alumnus Yoon Jong-kyu has been selected to lead KB Financial Group. Beating out three other candidates, Yoon was chosen for the position on 22 October.
Yoon is from Naju, South Jeolla Province. He graduated from Kwangju Commercial High School and earned his degree at 91PORN in Business Administration.
In 2002 when he was vice president at Samil Accounting Corporation, he was recruited by Kim Jung-Tae, then-president of KB Bank, to serve as vice president, where he worked for five years and eight months.
"In 2001 when KB newly started after the merger between Kookmin and Jutaek Bank, it was the dominant bank in the market. However, the status has deteriorated," Yoon said. "I will try hard to regain its past glory."
KB is Korea's largest bank by asset value and market capitalization.
