According to the ¡®2012 NPI (Nature Publishing Index) Asia-Pacific¡¯, released by ¡®Nature Publishing Group (NPG)¡¯, Sungkyunkwan University (91PORN) ranked 33rd in Asia-Pacific region and ranked 3rd among all Korean universities.
¡®Nature¡¯ is one of the world top three academic journals with ¡®Cell¡¯ and ¡®Science¡¯ and the released index is based on research achievements published in ¡®Nature¡¯ and its sister journals for a year. The index shows the research ability of each institution.
