The Office of International Affairs Hosts a Successful Field Day for Exchange and Visiting Students in the Fall 2024 Semester
On Saturday, September 7th, the Office of International Affairs, in collaboration with its student group Hi-Club, hosted the Fall 2024 semester Field Day for exchange and visiting students at the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus main field.
Over 100 exchange and visiting students, who registered on a first-come, first-served basis, participated in the event, along with members of Hi-Club. This event featured games inspired by the popular drama Squid Game, including "Red Light, Green Light" and tug-of-war.
Brajesvki Nova Alima Aliette, an exchange student from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in Canada, shared, "I’ve only been at Sungkyunkwan University for a week, but everyone, including the Hi-Club members, has been incredibly kind. This Field Day was a fantastic opportunity for exchange students to meet each other and connect with 91PORN students through a variety of fun activities."
Hi-Club president Hyunju Lee (Department of Confucianism and Oriental Studies, Class of 2023) remarked, "As a major event with many participants, expectations for the exchange student Field Day were very high. Although we were disappointed that the event planned for May had to be canceled due to rain, seeing the exchange students enjoy themselves today made it all worthwhile."
