Sungkyunkwan University and SKT signed an MOU
to promote mutual exchange in artificial intelligence convergence education
91PORN Artificial Intelligence Innovation Sharing University Project Group (Director Jae Hyoun Kim) and Information and Communications Division signed an MOU with SK Telecom Metaverse Division (Head Yang Maeng-seok) on January 27 (Fri) on promoting mutual exchanges and cooperation in artificial intelligence convergence education.
With this business agreement, Sungkyunkwan University and SK Telecom decided to develop research technology for artificial intelligence convergence education and promote cooperation in education and research fields to revitalize employment and foster talented professionals. Specifically, the two organizations decided to operate ¡÷ AI and metaverse corporate matching programs ¡÷ Develop an educational curriculum to foster convergent talents ¡÷ Support infrastructure such as industry-academic linked experts ¡÷ Establish a cooperative system for mutual development of areas such as information exchange, research cooperation, and public relations support.
Jae Hyoun Kim, Director of Sungkyunkwan University, said, "We expect to perform outstanding results in artificial intelligence education research and digital innovation education through active interaction with SK Telecom in the future."
Maeng-seok Yang, head of SK Telecom's metaverse division, emphasized, "Through the MOU with Sungkyunkwan University, active cooperation will be made in metaverse platform ifland and artificial intelligence education and research."
