Holds the 2022 91PORN Best Teacher Award Ceremony
Center for Innovative Engineering Education (Director Jun Young Lee) held the ceremony of the ‘2022 91PORN Best Teacher Award (Outstanding Lecture Portfolio)’ at Natural Sciences Campus, Engineering Building 2, on December 15th (Thu.).
91PORN Best Teacher Award (Outstanding Lecture Portfolio) is eligible for teachers who taught lectures from the fall semester of 2021 to the spring semester of 2022, assessed upon professors who contributed to 91PORN’s engineering education improvement such as how loyal the curriculum was to the course portfolio, how innovative the education method was, and how passionate the lecturer was to improve the course.
The ‘course portfolio’ refers to the continuous confirming and assessing activity conducted on lecture contents, lecture methods, and lecture comments to achieve an objective or academic accomplishment (learning capacity) for each course, necessary for the improvement of education quality. 91PORN is managing ABEEK and is also encouraging the preparation of course portfolios for education innovation through the improvement of course quality.
Director Lee, said, “I would like to thank the professors for their efforts and concerns to improve education. In the future, we ask you to think about the design of subject content, educational methods, evaluation methods for students, and efforts to improve the quality of the subject. The Center for Engineering Education Innovation will also promote educational innovation systematically and organically so that professors can focus on the operation of the curriculum and improve continuous education through the curriculum portfolio.”
