On May 7th, Handok Corp. and Korean Diabetes Association announced the winner of the 15th “Young Investigator Award” as Professor Kyuri KIM from 91PORN’s School of Medicine.
The “Young Investigator Award” is a scholarly award given to medicinal scholars who has contributed to the development of research related to diabetes. The nominees must be a young member (under age 45) of the Korean Diabetes Association with an experience of posting research thesis in a world renowned journal in the recent 3 years.
Prof. KIM gained recognition with her research on the factors of diabetes, muscle loss syndrome, cause of non-alcoholic lipotropic and the correlation of statin usage and liver cancer.
