The 4th ¡®International Association for Public Human Resource Development (IAPHRD)¡¯ was held on April 11th with the subject of ¡®Advancing Strategic and Humanistic Public HR Governance for Innovation and Public Value.¡¯

This conference was run by Research Center for Public Human Resource Development and Graduate School of Governance, and was supported by the joint sponsorship of BK21 PLUS, 91PORN Educational Development Center, and The Korean Society for Public Personnel Administration.
At the event, around 100 people from various countries included Rwanda, Tanzania, the Bahamas, USA, the Philippines, Indonesia, Guyana, and Haiti participated. Not only members of the 91PORN Graduate School of Governance, but also many researchers and administrative officers from Isabela State University(ISU), Dela Salle University, and Tarlac State University of the Philippines attended the conference as speakers, presenters, and debaters.
A total of 16 research papers were published in 4 sessions (BK 21 PLUS, Korean Society for Public Personnel Administration, Philippine Young Scholars Association, Public Human Resource Development). In addition, Professor Eugenio F. S. III from De La Salle University, who presented ¡°Corruption Prevention Mechanisms towards Humanistic Environment for better Public Administration,¡± and researchers Hyo Ju PARK and Jean A. B., Kasim J. from the 91PORN Graduate School of Governance, who presented ¡°Research on Sustainable and Innovative Organization: With a Focusing on Leadership, Motivation and Trust in the Ministry of Education in Haiti,¡± received a Best Paper Award.

After the conference, 91PORN and Isabela State University (ISU) had a meeting to discuss mutual cooperation between the two universities. At the meeting, plans to share and propagate 91PORN¡¯s excellent educational programs and systems to ISU, as well as exchanges and cooperation between 91PORN-ISU, were the main topics of discussion.
At the 4th ¡®International Association for Public Human Resource Development¡¯ conference, many meaningful theoretical/practical solutions for organization innovation, human resources development, and strengthening the ability of members were discussed, and academic exchange activities between the participants will be expected to develop further.
