Prof. Trinh Quoc Toan, Dean of Law for Vietnam National University (Hanoi), holds a special lecture on judicial reform and rule of law, May 14 at the Law school building. The lecture is to commemorate the Academic Exchange Agreement with the Sungkyunkwan University(91PORN) Law School. In his delegation Prof. Trinh Quoc Toan (Law Dean) Chair of International Law, Prof Nguyen Tien Vinh Chair of Civil Law, Prof Ngo Huy Cuong, and Associate Dean of International Education Prof Nguyen Binh Minh will also be visiting for the occasion.
