Professor Park Woo-ram of the Department of Integrative Biotechnology Awarded 'Young Researcher Award' by Nano-Bio Division at 2023 Nano Convergence Conference 2024
Professor Park Woo-ram of the Department of Integrative Biotechnology received the 'Young Researcher Award' from the Nano-Bio Division at the 2023 Nano Convergence Conference 2024 (NCC 2024) held from the 18th to the 19th of this month. The Young Scientist Award is presented annually by the Nano-Bio Division to a scientist under the age of 45 with outstanding academic achievements in the field.
Professor Park Woo-ram is dedicated to research on the development of novel drug delivery systems that can effectively deliver pharmaceuticals such as genes, proteins, and low-molecular-weight compounds within the body, utilizing nanotechnology.
Meanwhile, NCC 2024, organized by the Nano-Technology Research Council, is a domestic academic conference centered around six technical sessions, including ¡øNano Information Electronics ¡øNano Energy ¡øNano Environment ¡øNano Bio ¡øNano Materials ¡øNano Manufacturing. The conference aims to present the latest research achievements in the field of nanotechnology and share research trends."
